- No. We welcome people new to care as well as experienced carers. If you have the right attitude, we will provide the training you need to support clients safely and well.
- All new starters complete a structured induction and mandatory training before working with clients, with ongoing development as you progress in your role.
- [CONFIRM driving licence requirement] For many community based roles a driving licence and own transport is preferred.
- We offer flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, sleep ins and live-in placements. Tell us your availability and we will match you with suitable work.
- Once your application is approved and your compliance checks are complete, you can usually begin work within a couple of weeks, sometimes sooner.
- You will have a named coordinator, regular supervision and a friendly team you can reach when you need help or guidance.
